Our main services include the Legal Department for Startups (Legal Ops, contract drafting, financing advice, and privacy), International Soft Landing for the expansion of operations in Latin America, the United States, and Europe, and Global Intellectual Property Protection. We operate globally with a presence and offices in Buenos Aires, Madrid, São Paulo, and Rio de Janeiro.
2. User Responsibilities:
- Veracity: You must give us real and updated information about your company and partners.
- Legal Use: You cannot use Lawi for fraudulent or illegal activities.
- Age: You must be at least 18 years old to contract our services.
- Onboarding: Before starting, Lawi carries out an internal diligence process to validate the integrity of the projects.
3. Intellectual Property:
- Lawi: We own our software, brands, and document templates.
- Yours: You retain total ownership of your intangible assets and the final documents generated for your startup.
4. Website Use and Interaction with Third Parties.
The use of the website lawi.io is limited to informative and contact-facilitating purposes.
- Forms and Data: Any action or contact button on the site refers to data collection forms, the completion of which is strictly voluntary by the user.
- Calendly and External Tools: To schedule meetings, the site uses links to the external tool Calendly. Lawi is not responsible for technical failures, availability, or the data processing carried out by Calendly or other third-party tools.

8. Limitation of Liability.
Lawi is not responsible for:

- Business decisions: The strategic actions taken by the user are their exclusive responsibility.
- Links and Third Parties: Damages derived from the use of external links or the malfunction of services alien to Lawi.
9. Applicable Law.
Any conflict will be resolved under the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil (Courts of São Paulo), except for services under Argentine law, where the laws of said country will govern (Courts of CABA).
